Q: Do you send us the software to tag?
A: Nope, we do not send softwares to our customers to safe guard the customer interest as sending software increases the risk of viruses which may in turn affect our customers. Furthermore, we do not wish to trouble our customer with the frequent update/patches.

Taggings are done at the selected timing of each customer.

We do sell our tagging systems for customers who loves to have control over the interface/tagging speed

Q: What kind of software do you use?
A: With a team of dedicated programmers, we develop our own software, the software operates semi-automatically to tagging whereas the list of blogshops is manually managed by us and updated frequently.

Q: How do you make sure that the tagboards are on active website?
A: Checks are scheduled every Wednesday and Friday to ensure that tagging appears on the list of blogshops we have. New blogshops will be added in to our DB from time to time too.

Q: How can I make sure that you tag for me?
A: You can use google /nauffnang to trace the number of visitorship for your Blogshop. you'll see an significant increase in traffic flow once the tagging starts.

Q: When will you start tagging?
A: We will start tagging upon successful verification of payment. Typically, it takes approx. 24hrs for an order to be processed and tagging to commence.

Q: How long can tag message go and are symbols supported?
A: Yup, Symbols are accepted. Our tagging system supports all kinds of symbols ranging from ✿♥★✖✤ to Korean, Japanese, Chinese characters. Tag message goes up to 600 characters (limit imposed by the CBox).

Q: Are there any rules to abide?
A: Well, I guess the etiquette for most of the Blogshops is to have at least 1 tagboard for people to tag. Also, try not to spam their tagboard, thus we recommend user to tag once hourly.

Q: Will I be able to know which blogshop my tagboard is tagged on?
A: Yes, you’ll be given a tagging summary with the list of blogshop if you take on additional report. We provide you the URL of the blogshop with a direct link to the tagboard so you’ll be able to verify that the blogshop is active.

Q: Can I change my tag message during tagging course?
A: Of course you can! Just email us the new tagboard message you liked. Twitter might not work because of the 140 characters limit, thus it is highly advisable to email us the tag message.

Q: Do you do meet ups for payment?
A: Typically, no. However, arrangement can be made for special requirements. You may also request for postal payment if needs be (conceal cash).

Q: Do you tag on LiveJournal/Shoutmix/WordPress users?
A: Yes we do. As long as there is CBOX or ShoutMix.

Q: Can I suggest new URL into your auto tagging system?
A: Of course! Simply email us the list of blogshop’s url.

Q: What are the ideal ways to handle your blogshop tagboards?
A: I would recommend you to have 1 Cbox for advertisement and perhaps 1 Shoutmix enquiry tagboard.
